I am a Christian Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Alabama who provides virtual counseling. I am an also a counselor who believes in food and herbs as medicine that opens a doorway toward better mental health and healing. I am experienced in rehabilitation, coping with anxiety and depression, grief, adverse childhood events, crisis intervention and trauma in both adolescents and adults. I employ an eclectic mix of modalities to meet each client's unique needs. I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's difficulties and feel supported.
