My clients are people from a variety of backgrounds. They often seek me out due to overwhelming problems/conflict in their personal lives and their workplaces. At times they may experience feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, anger. rejection, and low self-esteem, but they want to get better and be happier. As a therapist, I see clients through challenging times and adverse situations. I offer confidentiality and interactive problem-solving, and I help clients learn to use cognitive messaging to promote inner peace and harmony with others.
