Do you wish to be happy and get back control of your life? Is daily functioning difficult? Has anxiety, depression and anger taken control of you? I seek to help adult clients juggle the demands of life without being hindered by anger, trauma, anxiety, sadness, or stress. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, and the inherent strength and resilience within each client.
