Sometimes, coping can become exhausting and dull. Maybe what you have been doing is not working anymore, or you are looking for a place to start. When you are overwhelmed with issues of anxiety, struggling in your interpersonal relationships, or with your own identity and sexuality, with no relief, it is time to try something different. I believe so much of the therapeutic process finds success through connection and self-awareness. I aim to co-create a comfortable and open space to explore these challenges and to honor and support you in your decision to prioritize your mental health.
