You have the right to feel complete, alive, and engaged. Sometimes things can be so overwhelming that it's impossible to imagine a solution, but no matter how stuck you may feel, you can feel better. I often work with people who arrive feeling confused, and who feel better once they have identified the source of their discomfort. We will work together to help you find clarity. We will focus on your strengths and your gifts, and we will work to develop your skills as an advocate for yourself. We will also work on the skills you need to manage anxiety, mood shifts, and difficult relationships.
