I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Grief Therapist and have worked in a wide range of mental health and psychotherapy settings. I completed a certificate program designed by worId renowned grief expert David Kessler. I know that no one is immune from experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and trauma. It can be difficult to reach out and perhaps even admit there is a problem. It takes courage to seek therapy and face your feelings. Therapy can be the beginning of learning to have an understanding of what you have gone through in your life. My practice provides a non-judgmental safe space with emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.
