I am a Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist & toddler mom with 8 years of experience providing psychotherapy, psychoeducation and support to adults, parents & children 0-5. I guide individuals going through life transitions including: planning for parenthood, pregnancy, postpartum, transition back to work, identity shifts post-baby, relationship changes, new jobs, new careers and navigating relationships.
