Together, we'll set goals, process trauma, and explore attachment styles to foster lasting change. My clients learn to recognize unhealthy cycles and gain a deeper understanding of their attachment. My approach is collaborative, humanistic, and client-led. I also help clients obtain assessments for those who suspect they may be neurodivergent. I have supported the ASD community since 2018 and specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, sex workers, alternative lifestyles, and transgender clients. I bring a sex-positive, inclusive, and multicultural approach to therapy, serving young adults, adults, and older adults with openness and respect.
