Welcome! I'm Anitha, and I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in in working with anxiety, trauma, relationships, family dynamics, and self-image. I work especially well with people who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, and life transitions. Many of my clients are adult children of immigrants working through questions around attachment, boundaries, and family dynamics, feeling caught between honoring their heritage and creating their own path. As a therapist, my values are compassion, authenticity, and curiosity. I work to create a space that feels warm and non-judgmental, where you don't have to pretend or perform, and where we can explore past experiences and current patterns. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative.
