Hi there! I’m Anjali (pronounced "Un-jah-lee"), and I'm a therapist who supports those facing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, with a special passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse folx. More specifically, if you're seeking healing from sexual trauma, have questions about identity formulation, or are simply curious about your sexuality, we may be a great fit! I find particular joy in helping clients identify accessible coping mechanisms for challenges including but not limited to: -emotion dysregulation -interpersonal conflict -thought rumination -suicidal ideation -mindfulness -dissociation I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Movement Healing practices. My approach is informed by Relational Cultural Theory, which emphasizes the importance of relationships and community connection in the healing process.
