About
I am a licensed Social Worker in Michigan. I received my Masters in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2000. With years of experience, I want my clients to feel heard and seen. Life can feel like a roller coaster. When your up, your up. But when you are down, you can feel many unpleasant emotions and experience situations that negatively impact your mental health and your life. I help clients who want to learn new coping skills, who are ready to improve their mindset, and who want to develop a deeper sense of self which is needed to improve their mental wellness. In our first session together, prepare to share with me your most impactful events in your life to give an overview of what has brought you to your current state of mind. We can dig into this together. One of my greatest strengths is that I am a good listener and I make my clients feel seen.
