Welcome. Do you feel life is not going as planned, and fear, sadness, or self-doubt feel overwhelming? You may be facing challenges in your career, personal life, or interpersonal relationships, and I am here to help. Depression, grief, and frustration touch all of us from time to time, and we may feel we aren't able to cope. I believe there are answers to your questions, and you can overcome adversity. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Oregon, and believe that a strong, therapeutic relationship is key in effecting change. In our first session, we will make brief introductions, then dive into particular struggles you may be facing and what led you to seek counseling in the first place. We will discuss how you will best relate your experiences in a safe place, and I am here to support you. We will then create a plan on how to proceed in follow-up sessions.
