Hello. My name is Anjanette Dennis. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 27 years of experience working in mental and behavioral health. I am a skill-based therapist that uses solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy to assist with challenges surrounding anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and sadness brought on by work, school, life, familial, or relational obstacles. I have years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
