Have you ever felt caught in that tug-of-war between being “too much” and “not enough”? For the past 10 years, I’ve helped women untangle long-held patterns and find freedom from the struggles that have kept them from feeling whole, confident, and truly themselves. I specialize in guiding women through the deep, stuck places they’ve carried for years, the parts of them that long for more than just coping. In addition to counseling, I am a board-approved clinical supervisor for LPCs, supporting their growth as emerging clinicians. Beneath the surface, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or worn down by an inner critic that never seems to let up. Together, we’ll navigate high-functioning anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, emotional shutdown, and the unique ways these patterns show up in your daily life.
