Not all paths look the same. I recognize the need for accessible, low-barrier treatment for those facing emotional and behavioral difficulties. I am here to be your partner in wellness and believe that together we can find a healthier direction for you. I work with people of all ages, but enjoy working with teens and young adults very much. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals with chronic health conditions, caregivers, addicts, the homeless, those with legal involvement, and chronic severe mental illness. I like to blend multiple therapeutic modalities into my approach and love being creative with my clients. Art and sand tray is available for all ages. I believe in eliminating barriers to care, and therefore offer telehealth and in-home services.
