Are you struggling to find joy, motivation, and see your self-worth? Are the days blurring together and leaving you behind? Does anxiety rule your life, making it impossible to make decisions or be present in the moment? As you begin your journey, this first step of reaching out is the most important. Together, we can work towards a fulfilling life. My role is to help you identify your goals, define what happiness means to you, and learn how to walk towards the other side. I work with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I have a client-centered approach and pull interventions from different modalities to tailor the sessions to your needs. My style is flexible, focusing on both treatment goals and whatever is on your mind on the day of the session.
