My practice incorporates body-oriented psychotherapies. I have advanced training in Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is widely used for the healing of trauma and dysfunctional behaviors. EMDR helps the client to access his/her inner wisdom and ability to heal him/herself. My clients report that they have received amazing benefits from EMDR.
