I have spent the past 25 years working with children, adolescents, young adults and parents as they navigate the emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges that come with growing up. I am especially drawn to supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also help parents, children and adolescents navigate the school system and major transitions, including academic stress, social challenges, and changes in family dynamics. Through practical tools and therapeutic support, I aim to build resilience, self-advocacy, and lasting emotional well-being.
