Thank you for starting your journey with me. I have been a therapist for 12 years, returning to school in my 40’s to fulfill a lifelong dream of helping others, like you, lead their best life. I believe in mending one soul at a time. Our world has been through a lot and now, here we are again trying to readjust. I am extremely thankful that more people are talking openly about mental health and helping to reduce the stigma.
