I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I see my clients through telehealth. I have a strong background utilizing Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I empower clients to be mindful of choices they make while going through life and how that impacts their mental wellness. I approach therapy with the client being the expert in their own life. I walk with clients on their path in their "forest of life." My goal is to help clients stay close "to the light" so their mental wellness will be at it's strongest.
