In counseling I help individuals and couples manage relational stress and uncomfortable emotions. Whether you are struggling with the challenges of parenting, work/life balance, difficulty with managing worry, or lacking meaning and connection in relationships, I provide a space to sort out your anxiety and increase your skills for direct and clear communication. We will work towards developing awareness of your relational patterns along with learning how to implement behavior change to build healthier partnerships and more satisfying relationships with family and friends.
