I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who believes that therapy is a wonderful tool for change. As your counselor I want to listen and support you as you discover a better way of life for yourself. Whatever you may be suffering from, healing is possible. Learning to understand the internal beliefs that are causing your suffering today will help you to learn the skills that transform your life. I work on helping you connect the body, mind and spirit to achieve balance and happiness through identifying what parts of you are out of alignment.
