That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their, self-harming behaviors, eating disorder behavior, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I offer a uniquely structured, deeply supportive program for individuals who often feel too much, too fast, or not enough.
