I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping couples, women, men, adolescents, children, and families with issues such as anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I work to assist my clients in talking through and processing losses and traumatic events, developing coping skills, increasing distress tolerance, and increasing overall functioning and quality of relationships. With my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have specialized training in treating family and other relationship issues. I can correct communication breakdowns and help members of couples and families more clearly express their needs while better understanding and responding to needs of others. ( I can do this in individual therapy too!)
