For the past 20 years, I have been a successful clinician in the areas of relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, family of origin issues, substance abuse and couple challenges. Working on change is difficult and I'm here to help facilitate each client to become their authentic self. I am licensed in two states (California and Colorado) and can meet in person or via teletherapy, depending on where you live. With trauma work, however, meeting in person is the only choice I offer.
