I enjoy people! Helping people who are struggling with life issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and grief is meaningful to me. After more than 25 years as a psychotherapist, I have learned to let the client(s)lead me. I believe that at the deepest level people 'know' what they need in order to achieve the healing and fullness of life they desire and deserve. My job is to help create a safe, supportive, encouraging environment in which the wholeness and change clients seek can occur.
