Greetings! My name is Ann. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of clinical experience. My specific interest is working with various individuals with anxiety, Depression, School Issues, Life Transitions, and Job Stress. I use a mix of approaches that include Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Supportive, and Strength-Based therapy approaches during treatment with my clients. I believe that when people realize hope in the face of adversity is one of the most significant rewards of becoming a therapist.
