Hi, I’m Ann-Marie. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges—whether personal, relationship, or situational. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and implement effective coping strategies for concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and chronic medical conditions including infertility and diabetes. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to guide, support, and empower them as they work toward meaningful change. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
