I enjoy working with adolescents and adults including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Individuals who feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed and are ready to make positive changes in their lives. Everyone has experienced stress in their life, but not everyone has the tools to cope with it in a healthy way. I encourage clients to be involved in their treatment plans and goals to help give them the motivation they need to improve their mental health. I am licensed in New Jersey and Vermont.
