I practice therapy serving children, adults, families, and couples while using a trauma-informed holistic approach, creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for my clients to heal. I am here to meet you wherever you are on your journey and to help you work towards your dreams and goals. I have a passion for helping those struggling with substance abuse, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-harm, and all mental health disorders for ages 5 and above. I am now offering sand tray therapy to help evoke both conscious and unconscious memories through tactile play.
