I believe it is important to find the right therapist so you feel like you can be yourself and talk about the challenges you are facing. An essential part of my practice is to build rapport with my clients, so they feel comfortable talking about their struggles or the hurtful issues they’ve experienced. I have enjoyed assisting individuals from a variety of backgrounds who have experienced challenges with addiction or perhaps the overuse of something (social media, sugar, Netflix), trauma, binge eating, grief, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, identity issues, life transitions, sleep disturbances, health issues, & binge drinking.
