With a foundation of honesty and acceptance, I approach individual, family, and couples therapy with the belief that true growth begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals and ensure we’re always on track toward positive outcomes. My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Using these frameworks, I incorporate skills from mindfulness, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotion-Focused therapy. This combination allows me to tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, attachment, ADHD, grief, substance abuse, identity, and bipolar disorder. I’m also a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have supervised over 40 therapists to licensure.
