As a mental health counselor and registered nurse, I bring a unique perspective shaped by years of experience supporting people across the lifespan in hospitals, schools, and community health. Whether due to stress, life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or grief— it's only natural to need support from time to time. I see counseling as a tool to help gain perspective and move forward through life's complexities. I offer a compassionate, grounded, nonjudgmental space to explore and find new ways to grow the life you want. My practice currently focuses on individuals 18+. I have a special interest in supporting caregivers of all kinds—from new parents to those navigating an empty nest, adults caring for aging parents, healthcare professionals, first responders, and teachers. I’m passionate about helping those who give so much to others reconnect with themselves, overcome burnout and overwhelm, and find space for balance.
