I am a seasoned therapist with a diverse work experience. I have had the privilege of working in many different settings in the past 20 years. I am eclectic in style, tailoring approaches uniquely to you. My background is psychodynamic and I have worked in Boston and Burlington for many years in a private practice, in community mental health and outpatient settings. I am also highly trained and skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
