I offer empathetic and empowering care to young adults and adults. My main areas of focus include helping individuals navigate life transitions and supporting folks with recent traumas, complex trauma, ADHD, Autism and mood disorders including anxiety and depression. I enjoy collaborating with people in creative and strength-based ways and working beside them while they make meaningful changes in their lives. If you find yourself having trouble connecting with or hearing your own voice through the chaos of life, you are not alone. Therapy can provide a safe space to reconnect to yourself and sort out aspects of your life in order to create curiosity and inspiration as you go forward.
