I have been providing therapy services in a private practice setting for 16 years. I have experience with individuals who have a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. I specialize in treating adults with depression and anxiety and have focused on women's issues, relationship problems and childhood trauma. I have learned a great deal working with people from diverse backgrounds who struggle with a variety of issues. I strive to offer assistance that will promote change and help clients feel better and achieve their goals.
