I help individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and spiritual issues. Many seek me out because I integrate Christian faith into the therapy experience. I am casual and highly relational. Many of my clients are artists, small business owners, educators, and moms. I enjoy working with high-functioning professionals to help prevent emotional baggage from interfering with performance.
