If you are having problems in your relationships, or not feeling your best emotionally, we can work to relieve some of those feelings, I'm an independently licensed social worker in Ohio and Michigan with a Master's Degree in Social Work as well as board certification. My experience of 31 years has included working with people from 18-104 who have lost people or pets close to them, have health or mental health problems, are caregivers for individuals who have health or mental health problems, Veterans, and couples. Glad you're here I can help to occasionally reset and prioritize our needs. Checking on our emotional boundaries or balancing life stress, improving sleep, processing losses of people or pets close to us, or other problems, can be accomplished in therapy using various tools and incorporating reading and some work outside of our sessions.
