My main work focus is on childhood trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship with self and others. The goal of my therapy is to help you to make the positive changes you need in your life. I’m a client-centered and CBT therapist: I believe that every individual can achieve their mental health, wellness, relationship, and career goals. I provide a nourishing environment where together we will discover your true-self. I see the role of a counselor as a guide who walks beside you as you find your life's path. For me therapy starts with relationship between therapist and a client. I value your presence in my practice a lot and will make sure you will feel safe, respected, cared and heard during our sessions. I’m successfully working with individuals of all backgrounds, gender expressions, and belief systems.
