My name is Anna Askew, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, working with individual adults and couples statewide via telehealth. My main specialization is in anxiety, stress, and relationship and communication issues, using a holistic approach to therapy. I use different empirically based methodologies in accordance with the particular needs of each client. However, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are at the forefront of my interventions, as I have found them to be a good basis for building forward progress.
