Hi, I'm so glad you're here! Here's a litte bit about myself. I am a licensed psychotherapist in the states of NY, CA and FL. My specialties are Couples Therapy, Trauma, Anxiety. I am a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist and I work with many couples ranging from pre-marital therapy to those healing from infidelity or addiction, to couples who are preparing for parenthood or navigating early parenthood. I am a Bringing Baby Home Educator, as well as a trained EFT Couples Therapist. I work from the Attachment-Focused Perspective. I am also a Certified EMDR Trauma Therapist and an Attachment Focused Certified EMDR therapist.
