Hello! I am thrilled you found me, and I look forward to connecting and seeing how I might be of help! I work with clients ranging in age from adolescents (14+) to senior adults, and I have experience working with both individuals and couples. I love helping clients through the transitional periods of life, because it can be so hard to narrow focus or figure out where to get started. I really enjoy helping clients name and face their resistance (whether that's internal or external) and build a sense of ownership/empowerment in life.
