I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside yet feel anxious, chronically stressed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. Clients I work with struggle with anxiety, trauma, burnout or a persistent sense that something isn't quite right, even when it feels like they are doing all the right things. I offer therapy that goes beyond talking to support the nervous system on a deeper level to make meaningful, lasting change.
