I work with children, adolescents, and adults who present various problems and concerns, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and life transitions. I believe in the power of early interventions to help children and teens develop healthy boundaries and coping skills and have healthier and happier relationships with themselves and others.
