My approach integrates person-centered therapy, humanistic principles, and attachment theory to help you deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and restore emotional balance. I have experience working with grief, loss, and bereavement, as well as parenting struggles, and low self-esteem. I support women navigating the mid-life transition, offering space to face the challenges that may arise during this time period. I am a LGBTQ+ ally and committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care to individuals of all backgrounds.
