Hello, I’m so grateful you’re here. I love working with people during life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families though fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting young kids, and grief and loss. Additionally, I have a special interest in supporting BIPOC families, and have extensive training (personally and professionally) in cultural competency and identity development. In therapy, I work hard to cultivate a safe, judgment free space to listen and support clients through these complicated life transitions. If any of this feels familiar, please reach out and we’ll set up a call! My therapeutic perspective is grounded in Attachment Theory. I use Internal Family Systems, DBT, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment modes of care. These are client-centered, trauma informed, and relationship-based practices. It's important to me that clients feel safe enough to acknowledge vulnerable parts and move toward their goals.
