Hello! It's so nice to meet you. Life can bring so many unpredictable experiences and hardships, it can be a challenge to remember that there is hope and options for true recovery and healing. You may have heard that you will have to deal with what you're going through for the rest of your life and I'm happy to tell you that it isn't true. Together, we can work towards the ideal life you envision for yourself. Our histories of trauma, suicidal thoughts, OCD, eating disorders, or other do not have to be the blueprint for how you move forward. In our first session together, we'll spend time going at your pace on getting to know a bit about one another and what you are hoping for. It's my goal to have you ending the first session with a renewed sense of hope and having someone understand what this has been like for you.
