As a counselor, I deeply value relationship. I believe we can find tools and skills to help ease unwanted symptoms in your life. I also believe real change—both in the heart and the nervous system—happens when a person feels seen and known. My goal is to a safe space for you, ultimately allowing you to be vulnerable and experience lasting change. I hope you leave feeling seen and known with a sense of hope that perhaps things will get better. When it comes to religion in the counseling room, you get to choose whether we integrate faith into our work together. I am a clinical counselor and a practicing Christian in my personal life.
