Sometimes traumatic events can bring us to lose our sense of well-being and our center and we need help regaining them. I am honored to support you on your path to regain a greater sense of yourself. I love working with adults, adolescents and couples. As a holistic therapist I belief that our mind, body, and soul are connected and that traumatic experiences can not be healed by "talk-therapy" alone. IFS certified, Internal Family Systems (levels 1-3), IFIO for couples ( 1&2) , Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (levels 1-2), EMDR, advanced Trauma training, and adoption, especially transnational adoption.
