I'm not currently accepting new clients. Taking the first step in the journey of therapy takes courage and strength. I am a marital and family therapist with over 17 years of experience working with adults and couples going through difficult times in their lives. I provide acceptance, support, nurturance and hope for the future. I use a strength based approach. My goal is for therapy to be an inviting, calm and safe place where we can work together to create positive changes in your life resulting in healthy coping skills, peace, and improved relationships. As an LMFT, I strive to enhance your relationships, including the one with yourself and those with loved ones. We will explore your experiences in relationships, the affects of your relationships and how you view yourself. I will help you look at your struggles as they are affected by those around you and the world. We will used evidence based strategies.
